For the Outsourcing RFP in the context of our consulting Framework - the IT-Sourcing-Framework - the Service Level Agreements - SLA - are specified
on basis of the Business Requirements and the Target-Sourcing-Mode - the Outsourcing vs. Insourcing Strategy. Typical Services for Outsourcing are:

- Network Services
Afterwards these Service Level Agreements are processed by the RFP-Pro - the Request for Proposal Pro . The results of the RFP-Pro are finally presented to the Management in the Sourcing-Cockpit.
